The equipotential bonding box is the core component of local equipotential bonding in a bathroom. It is typically installed near electrical outlets or close to water-using appliances.

Using dedicated yellow-green wires, metal components such as faucets, metal pipes, and bathtub supports, as well as the reinforcing mesh in the floor and walls, and the PE wires of electrical equipment, are connected to the equipotential bonding box. The connecting wires must be BVR 4 square millimeter gauge and concealed in conduit. The grounding wire inside the equipotential bonding box must be connected to the main grounding terminal to ensure the electrical safety of the entire system.

Equipotential surge protectors, equipotential junction boxes, equipotential bonding boxes, equipotential bonding junction boxes, equipotential bonding boxes, equipotential bonding terminal boxes, and equipotential bonding boxes all refer to the same thing.
