Waterproof boxes typically include sealing strips, latches, and sealing rings to ensure their waterproof performance meets expected standards. Patented designs also incorporate "sealing sections" and "adhesive storage tanks" to create a complete seal. In terms of materials, ABS resin is widely used due to its high strength, good toughness, and ease of processing, while transparent PC material allows for easy observation of the internal equipment.

Regarding physical specifications, the box's thinnest point has an average thickness of no less than 3mm, with reinforcement in critical areas. It possesses an IK07 impact strength rating and a V0 flame retardant rating. Installation methods include fixing via internal bosses, securing to a wall using bottom mounting holes, and employing patented designs such as connecting hinges. Products must comply with relevant standards, with a common protection rating of IP66, and must be CE certified.
